Departmental Audit
Our HR audit consists of 26 action items verifying legal compliance and consistency. At the conclusion of this audit, we provide you with a checklist of everything covered as well as recommendations for improvement.
Department creation
This includes everything you need for a fully functional and aligned HR department. We can handle everything from ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, to drafting your employee manual and policies, to setting up all required files. When we are done, all materials and processes will be in place.
2Workforce Training & Leadership Development

We offer leadership development training and team training either in conjunction with other human resource management consulting or as a standalone engagement. Hands-on leadership development and team training sessions are offered as half-day or full-day “working sessions” or as one or two hour “informational sessions”. Either way, all training is customized to meet your specific needs.
Regardless of the format, we also incorporate adult learning models and, perhaps more importantly, elements of fun into the leadership development and team training sessions.

This package includes:
- Our comprehensive HR audit of all existing HR related processes, procedures, and documents.
- Recommendations for best practices to improve efficiency, productivity, legal compliance, and includes on-going support for developing, drafting and refining policy, procedures, and HR processes.
- Unlimited access 24/7 by phone or email to a certified Senior HR professional to answer or consult on any employment related issue from any staff member or employee regarding: established policy, coaching and counseling for improved employee/manager performance, disciplinary documentation, terminations, and leadership best practices.
